This was reported by the Ministry of Health, Ukrinform reports.
“As of the beginning of December 2024, the enemy damaged 1878 and destroyed another 289 medical facilities. Hospitals in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipro, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions suffered the greatest losses,” the statement said.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health emphasized that it is currently impossible to obtain comprehensive information on the degree of destruction of medical facilities in the temporarily occupied territories.
Read also: Military medics not being turned into infantry - General StaffAccording to the Ministry, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 235 ambulances have been damaged, 264 destroyed, and the occupiers have also seized 125 ambulances.
As Ukrinform reported, 565 and 370 medical facilities have been fully restored in Ukraine, most of them in Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions.
