Enemy forces shell Kherson region 77 times in past day. Civilian killed

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Over the past day, the enemy launched 77 attacks, firing 422 shells from mortars, artillery, tanks, Grad MLRS, UAVs, and aircraft. The enemy fired 14 shells at the city of Kherson," Prokudin said.

According to him, the Russian military targeted residential areas in the region, a critical infrastructure facility and the territory of a plant in Kherson.

One civilian was killed, and another one was injured in Russian attacks.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of August 19, the Russian military shelled a village in Daryivka community, Kherson region, killing a woman.
