And if we understand that, unfortunately, such a decision will not be made by the parents, we make a decision by the regional commission of technological and ecological safety and emergency situations according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers and evacuate the children with their parents in a forced manner. We have 388 such children: in part of Bakhmut and Kramatorsk districts," said Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko, the Administration posted on Telegram.
He added that all children from foster homes were already taken to safer regions of Ukraine.
