The relevant statement was made by The Washington Post, referring to a Western diplomat who cited Blinken, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“To our Russian colleagues: Ukraine is not your country. Its grain is not your grain. Why are you blocking the ports? You should let the grain out,” Blinken said.
Blinken also disparaged Moscow’s contributions to the World Food Program, noting that it has provided only a fifth of 1 percent of the donations to the organization.
A reminder that the two-day G20 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting hosted by Indonesia on its resort island of Bali opened on July 7, 2022. The meeting will focus on the war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine, and its effects.
