The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On January 28, 2023, Russians killed four civilians in the Donetsk region: three in Kostiantynivka and one in Bakhmut. Seventeen more people were injured,” Kyrylenko wrote.
Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.
A reminder that, on January 28, 2023, Russian troops launched one missile strike and 32 air strikes, and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) over 65 times, namely on civil infrastructure in the Donetsk and Kherson regions.
