IRIS-T missiles, truck tractor trains, pickups: Germany sends new batch of military aid to Ukraine

This is stated in the updated list on the website of the Federal Government, Ukrinform reports.

In particular, an unspecified number of missiles for IRIS-T air defense system, 13 trucks, two 15-ton load-handling trucks, 12 truck tractor trains and four semi-trailers, 12 border protection vehicles, and 2 pickups were delivered.

14 Leopard 2 A 6 main battle tanks with ammunition, two armoured recovery vehicles Bergepanzer 3, two air surveillance radars, two aerial surveillance radar stations, as well as 64 truck tractor trains and 72 semi-trailers are planned for delivery in the future.

As noted, the total value of individual licenses issued by the Federal Government for the export of military goods in the period from January 1, 2022 to January 23, 2023 amounts to EUR 2.336.002.954.

As reported, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that Germany expects to send its Leopard tanks to Ukraine at the end of March.
