The relevant statement was made by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic Nikos Dendias on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Starting my visit to Kyiv. I had a meeting at the Greek Embassy with Parliamentary Friendship Greece-Ukraine Group Chairperson Tetiana Plachkova, Mariupol State University Rector Mykola Trofymenko, and Cyprus Deputy Chief of Mission Lina Themistokleous,” Dendias wrote.
In his words, in the course of such meetings, the parties discussed parliamentary diplomacy, relations between Greece and Ukraine, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, European integration, academic issues and the Greek diaspora in Ukraine.
“I strongly condemned revisionism. I thanked Lina Themistokleous for her contribution in the evacuation operations from Ukraine, including Greek citizens & Diaspora,” Dendias noted.
