349 children killed in Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine

Russian invaders have killed 349 children in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion as of the morning of July 14.

"More than a thousand children have been affected in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of the morning of July 14, 2022, the official number of children killed did not change over the past day: 349. The data on the children injured – 652 – did not change as well," the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.

It is noted that the figures are not final as efforts are ongoing to establish casualties in the areas of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

Most children were affected in Donetsk region – 352, Kharkiv region – 190, Kyiv region – 116, Chernihiv region – 68, Luhansk region – 61, Mykolaiv region – 53, Kherson region – 52, Zaporizhzhia region – 31.

A total of 2,126 educational institutions were damaged due to bombing and shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Of them, 216 were completely destroyed.

On February 24, the Russian Federation began a new stage of the war against Ukraine – the full-scale invasion. The invaders shell and bomb peaceful Ukrainian cities and villages, torturing and killing the civilian population.
