Serhii Khlan, a deputy of the regional council and an adviser to the head of the regional military administration, said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.
"The orcs' morning began with a strike and fire at ammunition depots," the report says.
Eyewitnesses in Kherson reported a prolonged detonation, Khlan said.
Yurii Sobolevskyi, First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, also confirmed reports of explosions in Kherson.
