United States Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink and representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea Tamila Tasheva discussed the issue of Russia’s militarization of the peninsula.

The U.S. ambassador wrote this on her Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.

“Spoke with Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea Tasheva about the Kremlin's continuing occupation and militarization of Crimea. Russia’s repression of the local population, and its use of Crimea to support its brutal war against the rest of Ukraine, are appalling. Crimea is Ukraine,” she wrote.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Office of the President’s Representation for the Autonomous Republic of Crime called on citizens in Crimea to sabotage the mobilization that the Russian Federation is preparing for in the temporarily occupied territories.
