"They are firing incessantly all types of heavy weapons on Bilohorivka and Zolotarivka. Tube and rocket artillery is used. They [Russians] hit houses, every building they see as a possible fortification. In order to advance, they don't count their losses and don't feel sorry for the residents of the region," Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai posted on Facebook.
The fact that civilians die in their houses and yards does not stop the Russian troops, he added.

"But our armed forces hold the fort. Much was said, allegedly that Russians encircled us in Lysychansk, propaganda mouthpieces even talked about several cauldrons.
