Zelensky signs decrees to present state awards to Ukrainian soldiers

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed three decrees on presenting state awards to defenders of Ukraine.

The relevant decrees have been published on the website of the head of state, according to Ukrinform.

The president signed decree No. 470/2022 to present awards to 63 Ukrainian soldiers, one of them posthumously.

According to document No.471/2022, state awards were given to 198 military personnel, 63 of them posthumously.

Decree No.472/2022 provides for awarding 50 Ukrainian military.

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, firing at Ukrainian cities and villages with artillery, multiple launch rocket systems and ballistic missiles.
