"The Lysychansk–Bakhmut highway is completely exposed to fire. There are already a lot of cars on the road which were completely shot down," Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai said during the nationwide telethon, Ukrinform correspondent reports.
As for the transport link, only cars, not trucks, are able to drive between Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk.
