Today Russian shelling damaged residential buildings and a clinic in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region.

The press service of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Houses in a new part of the city were on fire in the morning, while in the afternoon, the Russian army opened fire on entire Severodonetsk. Many remaining windows were broken. Two houses and a private clinic were severely damaged. Social and critical infrastructure is almost destroyed,” the report says.

As Ukrinform reported, Russian artillery and rocket attacks on residential areas and places of evacuation of civilians continue in Luhansk region. On April 9, one person was killed and four others were injured in Russian shelling of Severodonetsk.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
