Online press conference on Russia's expulsion from CoE to be held today

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe unanimously, with 109 votes out of 109 delegates present, adopted a declaration with strong support for Ukraine, condemning Russia's military aggression. The declaration was adopted as a final document based on the results of the debate on the situation in Ukraine at the 42nd session of the Congress in Strasbourg.
