As of the morning of March 16, 103 children have been killed since the start of Russia's war against Ukraine.
"As of the morning, 103 children have been killed. Of course, we document the cases 24/7, death toll changes every hour,” Prosecutor General of Ukraine Iryna Venediktova said on the air of nationwide telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
On February 24, Russian president Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure facilities, missiles hit residential buildings.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
