Ukraine's air defense forces neutralized 156 of the 183 drones used by Russia to attack Ukraine from the evening of February 4.

According to Ukrinform, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Telegram.

Since 18:00 on Wednesday, February 4, the invaders attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as 183 strike drones of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmass types, and other drones from directions including Bryansk, Orel, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and temporarily occupied Donetsk. About 110 of the drones were Shahed types.

The aerial attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:00 on Thursday, February 5, air defense had shot down or suppressed 156 enemy drones.

Impacts of ballistic missiles and 22 strike drones were recorded at 16 locations, along with fallen debris from destroyed drones at 7 locations.

The attack is ongoing, with several enemy drones still in the airspace.

As Ukrinform previously reported, two elderly women were injured in Kyiv during the Russian drone attack on the night of February 5.
