Yenin expressed his conviction that only those who intend to “annihilate Ukrainians” fight this way, noting that the blood of Ukrainian civilians is on the hands of the Russian military.

Speaking about the latest Vinnytsia strike, the first deputy minister specified that 12 investigative and operational groups of the National Police, as well as representatives of the SBU security service investigative units, scrambled to work jointly at the scene.

Separately, he noted that law enforcers continue to carefully monitor all facts of possible aid to the enemy on the part of the local population. "I’m not ready to offer any information about the arrest of possible perpetrators of this terrorist attack in Vinnytsia. Both investigative and security agencies are working to this end. As soon as the investigation secrecy allows, relevant information will be made public," Yenin explained.

As reported, on July 14, the Russians hit the center of Vinnytsia with Kalibr cruise missiles. According to the latest data, 23 people were killed in the attack, including three children.
