Defense Forces control most of Kupiansk — AFU

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Joint Forces Group on its Telegram channel.

“In view of recent statements in the media, the Joint Forces Group is authorized to state that the situation in the Kupiansk direction remains stable,” the military emphasized.

According to the Joint Forces Group, most of the city of Kupiansk is under the control of Ukrainian troops. Separate groups of Russian invaders remain in the northern areas.

As reported by Ukrinform, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue defensive operations in the challenging areas of the front, particularly in Pokrovsk, Vovchansk, and Kupiansk. The Kremlin's statements about the “capture” of these settlements by the Russian army are not accurate.
