According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Joint Forces Group on its Telegram channel.
“In view of recent statements in the media, the Joint Forces Group is authorized to state that the situation in the Kupiansk direction remains stable,” the military emphasized.
According to the Joint Forces Group, most of the city of Kupiansk is under the control of Ukrainian troops. Separate groups of Russian invaders remain in the northern areas.
