Ukraine, together with international partners — particularly the United Kingdom and the United States — has developed a strategic vision for the return of all temporarily occupied territories, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

First Deputy Defense Minister Ivan Havryliuk announced this during the Fourth International Forum of the Expert Network of the Crimea Platform, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“We have directions, we have a vision of how to return all temporarily occupied territories back to Ukraine. Together with our partners — the British and the Americans — we conducted a series of ‘war games’ where different scenarios were modeled, and we now have a 10–15-year outlook on where to move and how to develop,” Havryliuk said.

He also commented on the situation in the Black Sea:

“Regarding superiority in the Black Sea — let’s stay grounded and be realistic. Superiority in the Black Sea must be achieved and maintained.”

Havryliuk added that Crimea has now been turned into a powerful Russian military base with a high concentration of troops.
