The update was shared during an online briefing by Dmytro Petlin, the head of the Department of Operational and Emergency Service, Communication, Warning, and Public Information of the Department for Civil Protection, Mobilization, and Defense at the Donetsk Regional State Administration, as reported by and Ukrinform correspondent.
“Mandatory evacuation of children—alongside their parents, guardians, or other legal representatives—is ongoing in five designated settlements within the Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts. Currently, 345 children remain in these areas,” Petlin stated.
