According to Ukrinform, the Russian-language BBC service reported this in an article.
Peskov said that a summit involving Trump, Zelensky, and Putin had been proposed "for quite some time." Such a meeting would be "possible only to formalize agreements," the Kremlin spokesman added, referring to Putin's position on the matter.
"Agreements are by no means a primitive deal," Peskov said.
According to Peskov, the settlement process consists of numerous details, and a meeting of the presidents to discuss the process would be "absolutely pointless."

He also claimed that Moscow was supposedly open to negotiations on Ukraine in Türkiye, while adding that there were currently "no prerequisites for their resumption."
As Ukrinform reported, according to Axios sources, CIA Director John Ratcliffe proposed during an unannounced visit to Moscow earlier this week that US President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and Russian leader Vladimir Putin meet as part of efforts to end the war.
