War update: 200 clashes on frontline in past 24 hours, most battles in Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka sectors

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook in an operational update as of 8:00, September 10, according to Ukrinform.

The Russians carried out three missile strikes and 73 airstrikes on the Ukrainian positions and settlements, using seven missiles and 93 guided aerial bombs.

Additionally, Russian forces deployed 5,777 kamikaze drones and carried out 4,838 artillery strikes, including 95 from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

The Russian army conducted an airstrike on Olhivka in Kherson region.

Ukraine’s aviation, missile, and artillery units targeted five clusters of enemy troops, weapons, and military equipment, as well as one other important enemy facility.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, nine clashes were recorded; the enemy conducted 12 airstrikes, dropped 24 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 222 artillery strikes, including four using MLRS.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, eight combat clashes occurred near Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk sector, seven Russian attacks were recorded; Ukraine’s forces repelled assaults near Stepova Novoselivka, Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, and Pishchane.

In the Lyman sector, the Russians carried out 16 attacks in attempts to advance near Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Serednie, Shandryholove, Kolodiazi, Zarichne, and Torske.

In the Siversk sector, 21 enemy attacks were reported near Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, and toward Yampil, Dronivka, Vyimka, and Pazeno.

In the Kramatorsk sector, three clashes occurred near Stupochky.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian forces launched 14 attacks near Katerynivka, Yablunivka, Poltavka, and toward Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukraine’s forces repelled 60 attacks near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Nove Shakhove, Zapovidne, Myroliubivka, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Shevchenko, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Dachne, and toward Vilne, Rodynske, Promin, Sukhy Yar, Pokrovsk, Molodetske.

In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukraine’s Defense Forces repelled 40 enemy assaults near Maliivka, Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Olhivka, and toward Filia, Ivanivka, Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sichneve, Ternove, Novoivanivka.

In the Huliaipole, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovske sectors, no enemy offensive actions were reported.

In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of Russian offensive group formation were detected.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, total Russian combat losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, through September 10, 2025, stand at approximately 1,091,000 personnel, including 990 in the past 24 hours.
