In Kyiv, 38 people were injured as a result of a Russian combined attack, and four were killed.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“38 people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on the capital. 30 of them have been hospitalized in Kyiv hospitals,” the mayor said.

According to Ukraine’s Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, State Emergency Service (SES) rescuers are working tirelessly at the impact sites across Kyiv. At least four people have been confirmed dead. Fragments of bodies have also been recovered, and identification is expected to be complex.

At one location, the newly formed SES Delta special mobile unit managed to rescue three people alive from under the rubble. There is a high likelihood that more people remain trapped, Klymenko added.

Climbers, canine units, psychologists, engineers, and fire-rescue equipment have all been deployed. Robotic technology is actively being used to clear debris, allowing rescuers to work faster, the minister noted.

In total, about 500 rescuers and 1,000 police officers are simultaneously operating across Kyiv.

Kyiv police are working with the injured. Over 60 investigative-operational groups are already on site — taking statements from citizens and documenting the consequences of the shelling.
