Russian occupiers fire at Zaporizhzhia Region with MLRS

In the night of June 24, 2022, Russian troops opened fire on Zaporizhzhia Region with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Reportedly, some infrastructure facilities were damaged.
The relevant statement was made by Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Last night the enemy insidiously fired at Zaporizhzhia Region with MLRS. According to the preliminary data, infrastructure facilities were hit in a settlement located close to the regional center,” the report states.
The data on casualties and the damage caused is yet to be checked. Rescuers are working at the scene.
According to the regional authorities, the city of Zaporizhzhia remained unharmed.
A reminder that about 60% of Zaporizhzhia Region is now under Russian occupation.
