According to Ukrinform, region’s governor wrote this on Telegram.
"Vyshgorod. I told President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi about the work on eliminating the consequences of a Russian missile hitting a residential building," Kuleba said.
According to hi, the necessary medical assistance and temporary accommodation have been provided to all victims.
Kuleba added that forensic investigators had completed their work at the site of the missile strike.
As of now, commissions are evaluating the scale of damage.
